Bauer Supreme M1 Intermediate Ice Hockey Skates
Constantly pushing innovation with their skates, Bauer Hockey has designed a new Supreme skate for 2022. Built as the Supreme family’s recreational skate, the all-new Bauer Supreme M1 Intermediate Ice Hockey Skates look to provide the ultimate comfort, so you can focus on finding your stride.
Starting off with the boot of the Supreme M1 skates, Bauer is using a 3D poly-carb quarter package that is designed for a more flexible and forgiving fit. The softer boot makes recreational skating a breeze right out of the box.
Helping with the energy transfer in the boot, the Supreme M1 skates will feature a standard symmetrical facing flex. This will help players find comfort in the boot and be able to flex easier to find their stride without being too stiff.
The boot flex goes hand in hand with the classic 30oz felt tongue with a mesh insert in the Supreme M1 skates. This tongue will be a classic tried and true felt tongue that will make the skate more comfortable for recreational skaters.
Moving on to the interior of the Supreme M4, Bauer has gone with a microfiber liner which is designed to keep your feet locked into place, as well as quickly wick away sweat, providing you with good feel and control while on the ice.
Down to the holder of the Supreme M4 skates, the Blade Holder is the popular TUUK LS Pro II holder. Bauer stainless steel runners will come stock on the M1 and will have a 13ft radius which will improve stability and balance on the ice.

When you receive your skates, try them on and push your foot forward so that your toes (while flat) barely glance the toe cap. Bend your knee forward and look behind the heel of your foot down the skate. If you can fit a finger behind the heel easily, the skates are too big. A fingertip should be securely wedged between the heel of your foot and the back side of the skate.
While all players might have their own preference for fit, hockey skates should be 1 ½ sizes down from your shoe size. For most players this will be close to the proper fit. For example, if you are a U.S. Men’s shoe size 9, you would want to go with a skate size 7.5.
