To help stay mobile, the AXIS 2 chestie's dense, padded shoulder floaters feature flexible segmentation throughout.
- Vent-Tech w/ D3O ® Core Shield: The AXIS 2's sternum combines reactive, D3O ® smart material, with dense perforated impact foams to help stay cool while ensuring maximum protection. Found frequently in high-end motorcycle gear, D3O ® tightens its molecular structure as force is applied; hardening on impact to absorb and redirect impact energy, while remaining more pliable at rest.

Arm Protection - Molded High-density Foam Bicep & Forearm Protection: The AXIS 2 chest protector implements high-density impact foams, wrapping the arms in anatomical protection to stay mobile and protect against off-angle shots.
- Velcro® Shoulder Adjustments: Allowing goalies to dial-in their perfect fit, this chest protector's shoulder floaters are formed with a flexible, segmented design and affixed with quick-release, easily-adjustable Velcro ® strapping.
