New for 2020, the Bauer 930 Senior Certified Straight Goalie Mask continues a generationally popular goalie mask and continues to push this series to get better every release.
The Profile Goalie Mask has one of the most distinguishable shapes in mask history and with almost 20 straight years of unedited designs, the Bauer 930 continues to provide that heritage shape and durability.
The shell of the Bauer 930 is designed with a Lexan EXL shell designed to be protective and durable from shots taken off the goaltender’s head while helping reduce vibrations and ringing. The overall design of the Profile helmet not only looks slick but aims to help keep the goaltender protected.
On to the cage, an Enhanced Puck View Certified Wire cage is specifically designed to allow the goaltender the best possible visuals when tracking pucks by strategically placing the bars while staying Certified. Internally on the Bauer 930, a comfort foam liner effectively helps the goaltender achieve a comfortable fit inside this mask while being a protective liner to reduce vibrations and spread potential impacts.
Wrapping up the internals, a cloth sweat band will help the goaltender keep sweat out of their eyes during long and intense sessions. Down further, Bauer has included their own chin cup which is designed to cradle the goaltenders head in the most comfortable way possible.
Finally, around on the back of the Bauer 930 you will find a new Comfort Shape Lexan EXL backplate is designed to comfort the goaltender when putting on this helmet and provide protection to the back of the goaltenders head. Finally, a Pro Harness allows the goaltender to make small adjustments on five different attachment points to dial in the exact fit they desire.
