- No Break Outer Roll: A stiff, unbroken outer roll reinforces the top butterfly edge, helping to keep a stiffer feel through the thigh rise and reduce skip over.

Mobility - Stiff Knee Block: The HZRDUS leg pads feature a stiff knee block, designed to put the pads down with a tight seal and a stable landing feel.
- Weave Clarino™ Sliding Edge: A water-resistant and highly durable synthetic leather, embossed with a tight weave pattern, lines each leg pads' sliding edge to reduce sliding friction.

Fit - Fast Rotation System: True/Lefevre's FRS secures the pads with internally adjustable strapping at the top and bottom of the calves. In practice, True's FRS secures the pads while allowing a looser fit in the knees to help the pads rotate faster.
- Pro-Lace, Elastic Toe Ties: True's Pro-Lace elastic toe ties secure the pads while allowing the skates a greater range-of-motion, improving edge control and reducing lower body strain.
- Open Boot Angle: More open boot encourages the pads to sit higher on the skates, offering improved rotation with increased post coverage.
