New for 2023, Bauer has revamped their very popular and well-received GSX line, bringing in key upgrades throughout. Re-Introducing the Bauer GSX Senior Goalie Chest & Arm Protector!
Starting at the sternum, the GSX features a floating sternum to aid in impact absorption, while Comfort Edge shoulder floaters offer a blend of protection and comfort.
Dual density foam belly blocks make up a 3 piece wrap design for full body protection with full adjustment both of the shoulders and floaters.
Out to the arms, a 3-layer molded protection foam is found in both the bicep and forearm, along with a dynamic 3 point flex design of the arm floaters at the elbow. The arms are adjustable via a Velcro system.
The elbows of the GSX feature a HyperSense liner for comfort throughout the game.
Finally, around to the spine a Thermomax liner allows for breathability and comfort.

The sizing of this chest protector is based off of the height of the goaltender but may vary slightly depending on weight/build. The heights indicated on this chart will fit best and are relative to the average human body. Chest protectors have a wide range of adjustment points to dial in a better fit for each goaltender so, finding the size closest to your height and then adjusting the chest protector to best fit your body is recommended for the best possible results.
